Update 12/11/12

As of this morning I weigh 142, down 8 lbs. 
I finally measured myself again a few days ago,
and was pleased with the results. 
I first list the initial measurements taken back-
October 22nd, 2012.
  • Hips: 37"
  • Waist: 30"
  • Bust: 36 1/2"
  • Inner Thighs: 23 1/2" 
  • Outer Thighs (legs together): 40 1/2"
  • Arms: 11 1/2"
Now, the updated, second set of measurements I took on,
December 5th, 2012

  • Hips: 35 1/2"
  • Waist: 28 1/2"
  • Bust: 36"
  • Inner Thighs: 22 1/2"
  • Outer Thighs: 37"
  • Arms: 11 1/2"
 I was very happy to see that I have lost inches consistently throughout my body. 
Inches are more important than pounds. 
I'm glad to see my hard work has results. 

My new goal is to have the following measurements:

  • Hips: 34"
  • Waist: 24"
  • Bust: 34"
